Front Squat with 95 pounds goal 10 reps did 10 reps good progression
Heavy Deadlift with 210 plus 5 pounds but less than last weeks big weight increase goal 8 to 10 reps. see what can do. Did 7 reps with fingers failing on rep 7 near the very top. Counting this reap but really more like 6 and 3/4 rep.
Upright row with 95 pounds goal 7 reps did 7 reps but there was lean in on repe 4 and after a bit. Not a crazy major lean on rep 7 though. After get to 95 x 10 on military and increase upright row, military, and squats to 100 might begin alternating this with dumbell lateral raises, or power cleans.
Barbell Row 160 goal 8 reps did 8 reps no low back momentum
Dumbell Curl doing 25.5 pound dumbell bent over lean while sitting on bench for variation did once before. did 15 right 11 left
