Military Press wide 100.5 with two quarter pound weights duct taped goal 6 or 7 reps. After some rest reverse grip military press 95.5 plus 0.5 with two quarter pounders goal 6 or 7 reps did 7 reps outstanding did 6 reps good on reverse grip

Front Squat weight lifting with 100 pounds goal 8 reps did 8 reps

Heavy Deadlift with 215 plus 5 pounds goal 7 or 8 reps 9 reps

Barbell Row with 160 goal 9 or 10 reps did 8 reps some not raised all the way to chest work on it.

Upright Row 96 goal 7 reps did 7 reps last chin lean in just a slight bit all others seemed easy

hang clean with 96 pounds plus 1 pound goal 8 plus reps no lower back movement and straight leg 8 reps first a fail wrist awkward rest good done after upright row barbell row and everything but curls which is difrerent from last hang clean time

Dumbell Curl preacher style 25.5 goal 18 and 14 did 18 and 14
