Military Press narrow grip 103 goal 6 reps did 6 reps seemed real easy and like half way on a rep 7 attempt. Reverse grip military press after squats 98 pounds goal 6 reps did 6 reps. good
Back Squats going to 110 why not just see what can do this is big 5 pound increase. did 9 reps very good, didn't feel weight on traps at all.
Straight Leg Deadlift 165 goal 17 reps did 17 reps right hand was the one failing. I think I may have had another rep in me. Bent leg lowered rep 17 down. Still one rep progress I am pleased.
Dumbell row with knee on bench new style and 70 pounds right goal 10 and left 6 leg on ground same as arm being worked is proper way. Work up to 10 reps then increase weight. Did right 10 left 6 good
Upright Row with 98.5 pounds goal 7 reps did 7 reps not so good form rep 4 and 5 missed chin leaned in and 6 and 7 touched chin though. When get to 100 may lower weight and work back from 95 aiming for good reps. Noticed on reps 6I did pull weight a bit closer to my body for better leverage.
Power Clean from floor 135 156 160. did 135 156 but no 160 awkward one side up more than the other failed. Next time try 135 157 160.
Dumbell Curl heavy 40 plus bar or 44 and see what I can do. goal 8 and 5 did 8 and 5 excellent with good form and slow lowers, I swear weight seems light on the right side big time as well as the left.
