Weight Training Workout Log for November 18th 2006

Wide Grip Military Press 106.5 goal 6 reps did 5 reps only oh well. Will get to 110 and decrease to 100 then work back to 115 and then go back to 100 goal 100 x 10 reps. . Reverse Grip Military Press 101.5 goal 6 reps 5 acceptable did 5 reps.

Front Squat 106 goal 8 reps did 8 reps plus 1 pound and 1 rep.

Heavy Deadlift 221 goal 10 reps did 10 reps outstanding

Upright Row Wide new movement trying with 95 pounds to try to do some actual reps did 5 and 1/2 all to chin some lean in but will get better at this.

Bent Over Barbell row 165 goal 8 reps did 8 reps

Hang Clean with 105 goal whatever I can do did 10 reps

Snatch experiment time two trying for 95 did 95 100 105 and failed on 110 did grip not super wide but half way between barbell row grip and super super wide grip. A much better grip.

Dumbell curl 26 pounds seated bent over preacher style goal 23 and 18 did 23 good form and18 bad form on last 4 or so its ok though this is the norm
