Wide Grip Military Press 101.5 goal 8 reps did 8 reps last very tough try just 1/2 a pound a week on wide grip maybe try for 1 pound a week narrow if gets tough reduce that to 1/2 a week also. Reverse grip military press 104 goal 5 reps did 5 reps walked forward on last rep man it was tough. May have to cut to 1/2 a week on this in a bit too. COuld introudce pushup then too possibly think on it. Or when get to 105 reduce weight back to 100 and work back in higher rep range.
Front Squat 110 plus 2 pounds 7 reps only.
Deadlift 225 pounds double overhand grip plus 1 pound goal 9 or 10 reps did 9 reps last time 9 reps with fingers failin gon way up this time fingers held throughout rep 9 and failed 1/4 attempt rep 10 so better rep 9 and increase one pound. Next time aim for 10 reps.
Barbell row 170 plus five pounds do what I can do did 5 with pause at top and slow lower. Spit fell from my mouth was intense on the lower and hold.
Upright row wide 96 goal 8 or 9 reps did 9 reps first few perfect form. Rep 9 a bit lean in. Seemed to be using momentum but no torso movement at all it seems or leg. Just a different pulling sensation from regular narrow grip upright row.
Hang Clean 112 plus 2 pounds goal 10 reps did 8 reps using some leg, aim for 1 pound a week increase now and aim to increase reps even if can only do 1/2 pound a week increase.
Dumbell Curl 26 goal 26 and 21 did (Skipping and trying barbell curl strict with 95 followed by cheats. did 4 very strict. cheat curled up to 145 starting with 115 failed on 150 though.
