Wieght Training Workout Log for Saturday December 23rd 2006 Max Day

Deadlift Bent Leg 235 245 255 265 275 or so doing first usually always done after a few movements including front squats did up to 275 with 235 245 255 265 275 and held at top lowered not quite as slow but still good with hold at top. 280 could not lift off ground much at all. 275 is new record for me.

Military Press 110 115 120 122 125 maybe did and then did 130 very tough not trying for 135, 130 was very tough. then push press 140 145 failed on 150 cleaned it and that was all. Lowering was awkward on 150. Clean tough too.

Front Squat 115 125 130 135 did 115 125 135 with body twist and lean in strange bowed legs in early even on like 125 I think. 140 cleaned and tried to lower failed then lowered against legs and set down.

Dumbell Row Max with 100 plus bar try. goal 3 reps, cheat or strict do what can do. did 3 reps right 1 rep left.

Upright Row Wide Normal 98 goal 10 reps did 8 reps with last 2 or 3 not the best ROM, think rep loss due to all the maxing out.

Dumbell Curl Max plan 47.50 52 then cheats did 47.5 with 2.5 plate then tried with 50 hex did 2 reps very strict right. Left could not do 1 so I cheated up 5 reps left side.
