Narrow grip military press exersise 100 using 2 and 1/2 plates. Goal 10 reps did 10 reps very good not too tough either. Reverse grip military press 111 goal 4 reps. Did 4 reps very good.
Back Squat 138 goal 8 reps did 7 reps so up 1 pound but not 1 rep. Ok though.
Bench Press old school 119 plus 1 pound goal 11 or 12 reps did 10 reps so same reps as last time but plus 1 pound, tougher to get into position seemed awkward and like cockeyed on first rep. But still I went up a pound.
Straightleg Deadlift 173 same weight as last time goal 20 reps then can increase to 175 next time. Did 18 only so lost a rep oh well next time get 19 reps and 174. Might just begin microloading this and not worrying about going up in reps just keeping reps.
Dumbell row with 80 plus bar or 84 goal 10 and 8 did 10 and 8 wrist control pretty good.
Upright Row Narrow 105.5 goal 7 reps, trying with 2 and a 1/2 pound plates might drop a rep will see. Did 7 reps. Lean in did not seem excessive seemed ok perhaps better than last time. No real calf raise either.
Power Clean from floor 143 plus 1 pound goal 7 or 8 reps. Decided to go up to 145 plus 3 pounds just see what I can do expect rep loss so just do what can do. did 145 by 4
Dumbell Curl heavy 46.5 goal 10 and 6 last time did 4 on left side so do what I can do. Did 9 right side same as last week and only 2 left, felt biceps soreness way before did curls on left side though. I hope to have 4 or 5 next time will see.
