Wide grip Military goal 9 reps did 9 reps very good when get to 10 reps will increase weight on both military presses and front squat.
Front Squat 90 pounds goal 12 reps did 12 reps good
Deadlift Heavy goal 6 reps if reps don't increase switching to alternating straightleg and regular deadlift 5 again really 4 and 1/2 but no regrip for fifth rep as did last time. begin alternating with straightleg deadlift, if no progress after a few workouts do this movement first. Before squat. Want to start progressing on this bad.
Barbell Row 155 Goal 9 reps did 9 reps. when get to 10 may begin alternating with dumbell row.
Upright Row 90 pounds goal 7 reps doing before barbell row to save time again 7 reps rep 6 and 7 not the best.
Dumbell Curl medium 37.5 pounds strict goal 5 and 3 did 5 and 2 near perfect form though rep 2 to 3 is a big jump might take a long while. Form seemed better on left side though. Alternating with light when get to rep 10 right side maybe.
Focusing on deadlift difficulties, could be due to exercize order will alternate with straightleg deadlift also. Upright Row focus on good reps even if dont progress every week, next time aim for 7 perfect reps even if can't gain a rep 8. Stick to it. May begin alternating with side lateral raises soon will see.
