Wide Grip Military Press 102 goal 8 reps did 8 reps with rep 7 sorta struggle and rep 8 real struggle feel a bit twitching back wise struggle to get it up. Reverse grip military press 105 with 2quarters and two fives or 105 total goal 5 reps did 5 reps with rep 5 a real struggle rep 4 seemed a struggle too, rep 5 was makng funny faces that tough.
Front Squat 111 plus 1 pound goal 8 reps did 8 reps
Deadlift 226 plus 1 pound goal 10 reps did 9 reps same as last week but plus one pound. Fingers failing but held through rep 9 and attempted rep 10 from bottom after regrip but failed. Next time goal 10 reps.
Barbell row 171 plus 1 pound goal 6 reps very slow holding at top of movement did 6 with slow lower not sure as slow as last week but slow felt strain in face and all.
Upright row wide 97 goal 10 reps did 10 really 9 and like a 3/4 with rep 8 9 and the counted partial a bit less on ROM. Try to just keep reps and add 1 pound or 1/2 pound a workout now. Next workout could to 1/2 more and try to do 10 good reps. Think on it.
Hang Clean 113 plus 1 pound goal 9 reps did 9 reps
Dumbell Curl 26 goal 26 and 21 did 26 amd 21 could try to do same reps as weight or more likely stick to 20 rep range and microload now.
